What the hell is wrong with Henrik?! I understand his dad has been ill, but either take a leave of absence from the team Henrik, or get over it. Don’t continue to lay eggs in front of this team like this.

Now granted, the team played like absolute dog crap in front of him in the 2nd (gee, what a surprise….can I say, I told ya so?) but the fact of the matter is when your goalie gives up 2 terrible goals in a short period of time to make you go from leading, to trailing, it deflates the club in front of him. Rangers need to power through this, a loss here could be devastating.

As has become the norm for me now, anytime I vehemently speak against a player, they immediately shut me up by having a big game. Well, 2 games removed, Ryan Hollweg has done just that, nearly doubling his career goal mark in a 5 minute period. Yowza. But of course as has become the raison d’etre of the Rangers team, they take stupid untimely penalties and will find themselves down 2 men for something like 932 minutes. Or something like that.

Good period punctuated by some idiotic play at the end. Keep playing smart and you might hold on for a win, the key will be the start of the 2nd. We could very well find ourselves trailing in a game we definitely have earned the right to win (so far).
