Now, I have missed a game, and really 2 since I wasn’t watching the Washington game very closely. But, it looks to me like all it takes is a bit of puck control, and taking the puck to the net. Rangers did that with some regularity, although the quality of play did deteriorate as the game went on. I love the fact that Gomez and Jagr are playing together. I actually felt those 2 played very well together when just about everyone else felt their play together was poor. I like what they do with the puck control, and contrary to popular opinion, Jagr CAN play with a puck control player like Gomez, because he has played with a puck control player in the recent past in Michael Nylander, whom we can all agree was a glove to his hand type player.
Also im not too thrilled with the Dawes Shanny Drury line. Call me stupid but I just dont like the idea of Drury with Shanahan. Id actually rather see Shanahan play with Dubinsky because Dubinsky is the puck control guy that the line is missing.
