Im exhausted. And not from the 14 hour work day I put in before the game but from the exhaustion I felt from watching that game. The Rangers owned every square inch of ice against the Islanders. Only some miraculous goaltending and some amazing bad luck by the Rangers game the Isles a very undeserved point. Still Rangers got the win, and in the end thats all that matters. BTW, in case you havent heard, Hossa has a strained MCL, im guessing hes out a week minimum. Thats not good folks.

There just is no justice for this team. Well, let me re-phrase that. For all the times this team has had games taken to them and yet have come away with undeserved points, it almost seems like the hockey gods are repaying them for that. The Rangers have not only outplayed the Islanders, but are damn nearly embarrassing them. Therefore its tough to stomach that they are losing in this game, but not entirely surprising. Credit Dipietro who has stood on his head. The Rangers have done just about everything but score.

Lets hope Karma comes around.
