Having some problems with the site, it lost my 2nd period writeup, and looks to be having some issues, hopefully it will work for the post game comments.
gist of my 2nd period comments:? Rangers and Wings played better.? Still a ways to go.? Dont blow the lead.
Don’t look at the score.? Ok? Can you do that for me?? Good.? Now, if you saw what I saw that period, you saw an INCREDIBLY sloppy game by both teams.? The Rangers were just terrible, you put any pressure on them and they were coughing up the puck all over the place, the thing is, the Wings were about 25x worse.? Hasek was awful, and would probably have been pulled had his backup not been hurt.
By the way, Im sure I am not the only one to confuse Marcel Hossa for Jaromir Jagr on his goal.? Wow, I guess Jags has been teaching him a thing or two about deceptive wrist shots.? What a shot!
I hope the Rangers can pick up their play, and stop with the idiotic turnovers.? I dont like their play.? If the Wings wanna play like dog shit, thats their choice, but we dont want to give away 2 free points against a helluva team by reciprocating.
